Well, the large delta/variance tends to indicate something else.  Stanford seemed consistently injury-free earlier this decade, and one cannot be consistently lucky.  Hope everyone got to heal up over the offseason.

Well sure, if you assume our normal injury rate is what we had been seeing, then last year was really unlucky. It seems unlikely that Turley forgot how to protect against injury.
