I think we all agree a failure

Moving on the key player is probably AAD Earl Koberlein who was Hanson's boss.    Certainly Muir has a brobdingnagian role, the buck stops at the top. 

One thing you do point out is that Hanson was aware of her future and thanks for that tidbit.     

In baseball I understand our desire was college head coaching experience a determining factor.  Probably the same for Softball.  Hopefully the stink is gone and great candidates are willing to come here
