UW lost more talent to graduation/draft than we did, and I don't think Petersen has yet developed the same "next man up" depth that Shaw has, but only because he hasn't been there long enough.  I'm more worried about Wazzu than the Huskies.

While I would agree that the Huskies lost a lot on both sides of the ball, what worries me is that the sill have Gaskin and five big linemen, all with some experience. If we can't contain that, it is all over. Wazzu is good as well, but their strength plays into our strength in the DBs. So that is why I worry about Washington more. Their passing game took a hit due to graduation, but their ground game not so much. We do get them at home, which does help a lot. However, Petersen is no dummy. He will make us prove we can stop the run, and he won't give up on it easily.
