The North is a three-horse race between us, the Cougs, and UW. Kal, OSU, and OU are all likely to be short of 6 wins overall and likely 3-6 or worse in conference. I think we are the team to beat in the North, followed by Wazzu and then UW.
The South looks more challenging to me. Four of the six coaches have seats hotter than Death Valley in July (RichRod, Graham, Mora, and MacIntyre). I think a couple of them will surprise, and I don't think U$C is that good especially in the trenches.
