But the bigger reason is that being individually good is not enough for an OL. Playing well together is essential. An interesting example is 2014. That was the year all the starters came from the great 2012 recruiting class. Individually they were all good to great, as a unit not so much (at least until late). But with four returning starters they were able to be great in 2015.
