An interesting betting proposition that boils down to how much will Rice score against our second string defense.  And how much our #2 offense scores against Rice.  We know Shaw will stay very vanilla and if we get up by 3 scores it will be turtle time for a number of reasons.

It all comes down to how well Rice can stop/slow down our running game. If they can't do it very well, we can score lots of points without "opening up the playbook". It we are going to win by 30+, that is how we will do it. I am sure it is not Shaw's goal or intention to score as many points as possible. However, we could score a lot anyway if Rice can't stop the run.
