Entertaining, actually.  Reminiscent of Harbaugh.  Good to see Shaw being punchy and defiant.  Reporters (and we message board pundits!) would do right to approach Shaw with a bit more humility.  He has forgotten more about football in the last 15 minutes than most of us can ever hope to know in our lifetimes!

This hits all the comments that I was referencing, and as Hulk mentioned, Shaw also pointed out that they've been playing defense this way since he arrived. I also agree with Sagehen. I think Shaw and the rest of the staff know what they're doing.
