According to the roster, of the LBs who have been getting meaningful playing time, all but Barton are 235 or up.  Toohill, Palma  and Kalambayi are the heaviest at 247, 247, and 243 respectively.

Sorry I meant to say ILB. I have no issue with our OLBs but up the middle we are mostly small, soft, and all-too-frequently out of position for the second year in a row.
