Why does our DL line up a full yard from the line of scrimmage?  If the PAC-12 has adopted CFL rules, I missed it.  If CFL teams need 1 yard, they get it 100% of the time, simply due to the rules that require Canadian defensive lines to line up one yard from the ball.  It seems that we are putting ourselves at a disadvantage on both running and passing plays.
