I'd suggest sending feedback on your fan experience -- positive and negative -- to the Director of Fan Experience and Community Relations, Shelley Howard, at sheward@stanford.edu. I did so recently for another sport and got a nice response.

I live 1/2 mile from the stadium and "marvel" at how loud the PA system is from my house.
