For those who don't want to and/or can't listen, he says that Utah had lined up with a specific look that they wanted, but then shifted to a different look that would result in the run being stuffed. So he went to call the TO, but as he did it they shifted back. So it was just unfortunate.
One interesting thing that didn't occur to me is that the dead play clock made running time off harder at the end when we just wanted to bleed clock. It makes sense, and it was hard to tell how much time we were taking when watching live since we also didn't have a clock.
