I agree that MLS is at least comparable to Belgium top to bottom, however with regard to Horvath it's worth noting that Brugge perennially qualifies for the European Cup competitions, so Horvath has played in (and will play in) high pressure matches against strong competition that are not available to MLS players. With Brugge (and previously at Molde) thus far he has started seven Champions League matches and ten Europa League matches (including knockout round games), which is a whole different level of pressure than MLS.
