4. You could make an argument for Chris Peterson due to his impressive run of overachieving at Boise St. and turning UW into an ascendant program.

I'm struggling to think of anyone else that comes close to making the list.

Perhaps someone who is already in the College Football Hall of Fame, against whom we played last year?

Considering the resources available to him, Bill Snyder's accomplishments at KSU are among the most impressive in the sport's history.
