1.  The guy takes a gun to his aunt\'s house; kills his aunt\'s boyfriend; and is found innocent on self-defense grounds?

2.  The first jury hangs, 11-1 in favor of acquittal . . . and the DA decides to retry the case??

Bizarre is a good descriptor here.
