Aahhhhhh, pining for the good old days...back when we could all just heap mountains of abuse on Johnny D and leave it at that.Â
Times were simpler then...
Dawkins earned it.
Too early to know if Haase will get the same treatment. If he doesn't get some wing guys who are a) healthy and b) can hit a shot, he'll get his.

Seems to me that the last three halves [halfs?] played are pretty much indistinguishable from Dawkins-ball at its nadir. Sure, there are injuries now, but there were back then as well.

No, only the results are indistinguishable.Â
I have no doubt what Haase is trying to do and how he's trying to do it. He's very transparent. The last few games his team hasn't been able to execute. It's TBD whether that's because he's a crappy coach or his personnel is incapable or something in between. Time will tell.Â
I spent years trying to figure out what Dawkins was trying to do. I think Dawkins spent years trying to figure out what he was trying to do, too. No Johnny, staring blankly with hands on hips isn't going to lead to the answer.
And, as previously mentioned, if things don't improve then Haase will eventually get the same treatment as Dawkins. However, it's my hope and expectation that Haase will leave on his own terms...
