The words in this article are pretty inscrutable as far as the likelihood of Bloomgren leaving, but its existence makes me think he's more likely to leave than in the past:

Bloomgren said he’s had inquiries about 10 college head coaching jobs over the years and has been offered an NFL assistant’s job “every year I’ve been here.”
He has interviewed for some of those jobs, but won’t discuss how close he has come to leaving Stanford or which school or pro team has tendered the offers.
“For me, it’s always been: Don’t mess with happy,” he said. “I really feel like my next step is to be a head coach. I don’t feel any need to take an offensive-line job in the NFL for just a little bit more money. I don’t feel like that helps me towards my goal. I don’t feel like taking another college job as a coordinator helps me towards my goal.”
