Query whether new early recruiting commitment date ( 12/20) is affecting coaching changes (accelerating terminations/search for replacement). Of course UCLA could have waited another week, but what if they then beat Cal and go to bowl? This gives them more chance to get another coach in place before commitment date. Of course they also could have waited until after commitment date and then informed new commits that the coach that recruited you wont be around. But that would be wrong......
