Maybe, but it is tough to blame Rosen for UcLAs Decline. Last year, of course, Rosen was injured. This year, as Lex mentioned, the offense has been pretty good. UCLA has the fourth best scoring offense in the conference, third most yards per game, and second most passing yards behind WSU. Rosens pass efficiency rating is third in the conference, and he is tops in yards per game.
UCLAs problem is on defense; they are second to last in points given up, and dead last in yards per game, second to last in yards per play. Given that Mora was ostensibly a defensive oriented guy, thats a problem.

The offensive production is made more impressive by the fact that their Oline is terrible and has been for some time. Surely a lot of that falls on the coaches, but if we had their Oline we would be lucky to score 3 points per game.

Their running game hasn't been great either, probably because of their line. At times, their receivers have had a case of the drops as well. I think it is probable that their relatively good position in the offensive totals is greatly aided by them being behind and having to take chances. Lots of the numbers are effectively in garbage time. The A&M game is a example of what can happen if you have nothing to lose and sling it. That said, it is absolutely not Rosen's fault they haven't won more this year. With a reasonable defense, they would be quite good, if not elite.
