That's one of several things I'd like to see changed:
- All bye weeks in Sept/Oct. Anything wrong with 3 teams per week in October?
- All OOC games in Sept/Oct. Yeah it's a pipe dream but...

As noted frequently here, these two items are intimately linked. If one is a pipe-dream, so is the other.

On the other hand, I think that this year the only Pac 12 team with an OOC game after October was Stanford. So, let's go yell at those guys.
