100% correct, Outsider.  Agholor going OB was a terrible mistake, and it easily could have cost Philly the game.

The only other big complaint I had with Philly was before the TD pass to Foles.  It's third and goal from the 1.5 yard line (or 2 or whatever).  If you KNOW you're going for it on fourth down (and I'm sure they did), then you run in on third down.  Maybe your score there; maybe you get it to the 1 foot line (and then on fourth down, you can run anything); or maybe it gets stuffed . . . and you can still run the play you did for the TD.  That, btw, was one incredibly well thought out and executed play.  Foles sold it perfectly.

And how come it doesn't surprise me that many here "long" for a good defense?  Could it possibly be because recognizing that the SB was entertaining and the offenses were spectacular is an implicit criticism of what we all watch with our beloved Cardinal?  And btw, NE ran only occasionally . . . because it knew it couldn't run against the Philly D . . . especially early.  So I think the defenses were better than most here give credit for - it's just that the Os were better.  Do agree with the poster who wondered where the Philly DBs were on several plays - I'd say NE receivers had a couple steps (were too open) on a handful of plays.  That wasn't my recollection of NE's D.  The Eagles executed an incredible game plan in tight windows.

Best Super Bowl ever, including the halftime show (nice touch with Prince tribute).

P.S.  Also agree with poster who disparaged Collinsworth for saying no TD either time.  The first one . . . maybe you can question it (I still think it was legit).  But the Ertz TD was so obviously a TD that it didn't even merit more than a 10 second review.
