I distinctly remember that Smith set one on either McPhee's second or third three. It actually wasn't perfectly executed but it was enough and McThree was hot by then so no stopping her. It's hard to tell from a distance, but I suspect Sniezek deserves a lot of credit for calling these plays. McPhee said as much afterwards, and I'm guessing it's why Tara thinks so highly of her.

And you're totally right about the time it takes to get them right. I remember Johnson getting called so often for moving screens her sophomore and even junior year. This year she's been rock solid (quite literally!). I know I can remember Fingall being effective at it at points this season. I don't remember Dodson doing it but she's usually in the low post for most of our sets.
