My first Giants game occurred in 1958 when I saw LA beat SF 4-1 behind Don Drysdale.
If memory serves, McCovey owned Drysdale but SF really struggled v. Koufax. It always seemed as though Marichal was matched against the great Dodger lefty and he just couldnt beat them. Of course, my memory could be faulty....Â
