Oh just to clarify I don’t find my text particularly customized, but it appears they are being sent one-by-one — mine was sent from the email account of my specific account rep, not from accounts like athleticstickets, that I usually get mass-mailings from.

So my guess was that account reps are reviewing and sending the emails individually, though, yes, the text was not particularly personalized.
