UCLA appears to be shorter of reliable pitchers for this game.  It's not clear who they might start: Mora and Garcia now are out.

Meanwhile, we have fresh arms in Miller, Brandon Beck, and Matthiesen, with Palisch and Little able to go more than one. 

Those seem like good Stanford odds. but this series hasn't followed form; two of the countries best pitching staffs have given up 36 runs in two games.
