Well, there is no reason to play stupid at the end by calling timeouts and "going for it". They win the game with a field goal and go to OT otherwise. That is the smart play for all you Tuesday morning quarterbacks out there. I think they might have been able to get a few yards closer, but it was 3rd down, so no guarantees. Who knows, we are all just guessing. I really hope Shaw doesn't take advice from the internet and turn into a gambling fool. He did everything right in regulation.
