And who do you think would win a home-to-first footrace between Crawford, Panik, Belt, Posey, Longoria and Panda?  Granted the lefties have a small advantage out of the box.

I don’t have the link handy but I read an article the other day that compared their home-first footspeed in terms equivalent to feet/second. The Giants cited in the article were in the range of “below league average for the position” to “one of the slowest”. Panik in particular apparently really slow.

Of course playing Hanson, who is one of our fastest guys, sacrifices a lot on defense.
