We can blame Shaw, but isn't it the special teams coach's responsibility to coach up the kickers.  The kickoffs out-of-bounds were so tiresome this year.  And that odd bunch formation we used for kickoff coverage cost us a long return.  Shaw did play it a little bit like he had Adam Vinatieri, but at the same time he put us in a position with a >90% chance of victory.
