When I first heard that Love was coming back, I had high hopes for this season. I am disappointed. However, let's keep it in perspective. We came within 3 points of the 8th ranked team in the CFP. We are not a bad football team.
Thank God we have a coach that knows how to overcome adversity. I am not so filled with hubris that I think I know how to guide this team to wins better than David Shaw. Also, I am not ignorant of the fact that hindsight is 20/20. Where is the praise for a coaching staff that righted the ship and guided the Cardinal to a 24 - 6 second half against the Huskies?
