Hey red state the college and pro hurdles are higher than HS. Ken is no longer top 10 at Stanford.  
That was Sheets not Ken in the great time for the 4x100 In 1978 with Lofton and Nelson and Banks    However your point is dead on Ken was very fast

Well Ken Curl came to Stanford with the fastest 100 but didn’t play Football.   He did become a dentist

But a FB player wow I can’t think of  who

His name was Spencer Cotton. He was a Jack Elway recruit from the Chicago area. He clocked a 10.31 100 meters in HS. He never looked especially fast on the football field. Somebody with an old press guide could verify this. Looked like Margerum with his long curly hair.
