I wrote to Stanford complaining about the Signing Day Press Conference only being available on Facebook due to my disdain for the company, and got a reply back, saying Stanford will be re-evaluating its content distribution choices, along with a YouTube link to the Shaw presser.
So if anyone else wants to avoid Facebook and still watch Shaw actually say some insightful things, here you go: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UPa8pti4...e=youtu.be
well-done.
does this imply that Stanford listens?
LOL, it confirms they listen to the PC messages. But in this case, the end justifies all means.
This isn’t a PC issue as much as a personal privacy, security, and health one. If restaurants can provide gluten-free options when only 10% of the population can be harmed by gluten, Stanford can provide Facebook-free options to deliver its content because 100% of Facebook users can be harmed by it. Anyone not terrified of using Facebook really should educate themselves about it.
To avoid turning this into a non-Stanford or sports topic, DM me if you want to share your own thoughts on the matter.
This thread should rightfully continue discussing Shaw’s signing day presser.
