Vague memories of Shockley leaving the team in ‘71. Hey Q do you remember?

I don’t have many brain cells left from that period, LOL. That was the Bunce year. I looked up Shockley’s stats for ‘71 and they would be consistent with some kind of early season-ending injury or other event.
 
I do remember he had a big run of about 50 yds against Arkansas but I think that was the year before.
