I didn't mean to be offensive and upon re-reading my comments it sounds too strong. But, very often I see the players standing under the basket with their feet planted firmly on the hardwood with their arms stretched high waiting for a rebound to come down. I think they could work on using their springs a little more to get more rebounds. Also, I would like to see more jump shots from the elbow. I think the Hull sisters do a better job than most at using their jumping ability, and it shows in their rebounding stats.
Put a glide in your stride and a dip in your hip.
