Well, Compton is now 64% hispanic and is infested with MS13 gang members.  This gang is increasingly targeting African Americans in Compton and other areas of the Los Angeles basin.  Check out this news story from 2013.  It is worse today.

I'm sure you have heard the terms "white trash" and "trailer park trash."  With the epidemic of meth ravaging many rural areas of the US, there are plenty of white ghettos to be seen.  These are mostly in "fly over" country, so they don't get much attention from the national media.  As one writer put it:

There are so many predominately white small towns in America that are trashy, drug-infested, rundown, and seemingly hopeless; Hutchinson, Kansas comes to mind. The media really needs to start showing those areas so people who live in the "safe suburbs" can understand that it isn't just minorities but white people living in their own ghettos as well.
