That was a terrific game. Not a snooze fest at all. Title games never are. Always so close.
The teams combined to shoot 44% FG, including nearly 40% from 3pt range, and shot 87% from the FT line. Only 19 combined turnovers and only 33 fouls through 45 minutes. The biggest margin was 10 in first half and 9 in second, and TT actually took lead with under a minute to go.
You could claim the replay review overturn at the end of OT was unfortunate, but I don't think anyone will claim UVA didn't do enough to win and that they weren't the better team, if even by a small margin.
