The last line is what irks me.  How can he say that the decision was "egregious" before he saw the replay footage.  Bad sportsmanship IMO.

Not just "egregious," but the most egregious in the history of horse racing. Yeah, right. 

I also didn't like the threat to go to court. The courts are a good forum for certain things. Changing the result of a sports event is not one of them.
