Sad that the series has lapsed.  SCU and Stanford used to play every year, then there were a few two year hiatuses (hiatii?).  1971-1975 was the first four year hiatus, and there have been a few since then.  Now, it's going on 11 years.  The last time Stanford played Santa Clara was 2008, the first year Davey helped coach Stanford.  Apparently, that was the kicker.

The plural of hiatus is... hiatus or hiatuses.
