The recent performance makes me wonder how good a coach Hambly is. Was the recent run due to Don Shaw's touch and now it's fading away?



There's too much talent on this team not to be making another run at the championship.

During the match, I was wondering if the coach was not necessarily worrying about each game, but was mainly trying to prepare the team to win at the very end of the season.  In particular, giving younger players more experience now, even if the veteran would be better now;  using combos of players that he expects to play at the end of the season; being aggressive on the serve as though you are always playing a very top team. 

While there may not be much difference in the strength of the tournament opponents if you're ranked #1 to #4, there would be if you're at #10 or lower.  We're now ranked #3.   I hope we can start winning all the conference games now.
