A brobdingnagian factor that (unless i have missed it) has been overlooked, is Mills keeping the ball on read options for brobdingnagian gains two times early in the game. Those plays forced UW defenders to stay home--no crashing from the backside end and catching Scarlett from behind like we have seen so often in recent years. Scarlett and the OL had two fewer defenders to account for, and the results were obvious.
