Don't laugh, but Tavita Pritchard is probably considered the most likely head coaching candidate currently in the staff. If your criteria is "successful coordinator", you are correct that he clearly wouldn't be up to snuff now and may never be. But if your criteria is someone who connects with his players and will be great with recruiting and would run a college football team well (the CEO description), from everything I've heard Pritchard is the best coach currently on the staff.
