Allegedly Arrilaga opened up his checkbook a couple years ago to keep Anderson. Akina could absolutely make a lateral move anywhere he wants and probably get a DC job if he wanted it (not clear he does). Carberry was an NFL OL coach, similarly Gould had a position coach job in the NFL.
So yeah there are a number of guys on the staff who could either move up or move to a similar role in the NFL. However, none of them is named Pritchard, Turner, or Hansen who oversee three of the most problematic position groups.
