They can’t run the ball. Period. Washington state is quicker . They get  into the gaps and beat Stanford’s lineman.  They simply can’t run the ball, they got to keep throwing it.

I hear you. However, Cal could and did run the ball against them. Can it be true that Cal has an OL that is that much better than we do? I just don't believe it. It must be a scheme issue, where our blocking just doesn't allow for the defense to move. This has gone on for at least three years, which means different personnel on both WSU and Stanford.
