Wasn't able to watch, but I caught a bit of the second half radio broadcast on TuneIn. Scott Reiss and John Platz (my former former-Serra House dorm-mate) were not at all complimentary. Since before the season I've been saying that Stanford needs to make the NCAA tournament this year, and it doesn't sound like last night's win--certainly not the second half--was tournament-worthy.

MBB gets another shot on Thursday night versus William & Mary of the Colonial Athletic Association. The Tribe are 4-1, with wins versus High Point, American, Wofford and Hampton and a 5-point loss Oklahoma. So W&M seems to be a better team than UMES.

More than "seems to be" better. My sense is that our opponent from last night is among the ten worst teams in D-1A as currently constructed (apparently, they had six players missing due to injuries or what not.) William and Mary, by contrast, sounds like a borderline top-25 team.
