Tj, There has been much more enthusiasm for tailgating in CTG this year. When my eldest son is not playing in the LSJUMB, which has been the case this year, we come out at halftime to spruce up the tailgate. I've noticed many more people who either don't go in at all, or stay out in the grove after the first half.
I'm ever the optimist, but I'm concerned the weenies, just like the Bruins this year, are much more motivated than our team. Yes, we have had more than our share of injuries (missing Turley anyone), but I fear we mail it in for these next two games. There is no room for complacency. Do these guys really want to go down as the team that blew up our Big Game win streak? What kind of legacy are they creating? Do we finish off this season with a two-win uptick or at least a Big Game victory? Or do we mail it in? Shaw made some silly blunders last week (end of H1 timeout, anyone?). Time to step up and man up. Beat the Damn Weenies and roll them home to bare territory.
