how many coaches has Shaw actually fired/encouraged to leave as opposed to those who left on their own?

Can’t think of any but when a position coach leaves you never know unless it’s a promotion. 

But that’s why it’s so important to do it. Yes, letting Pritchard go is a loss of face but so is a 4-8 season and finishing last in your division. Big changes are needed and the offense was the bigger problem by far
