The finale with Cal on Friday will also be Senior Night (technically Senior Afternoon with a 3 pm match). A chance to send off the most accomplished and decorated class in Stanford history - Gray, Fitzmorris, Hentz, Plummer (plus Caitlin Keefe and Madeleine Gates). One of the reasons I do enjoy sports like volleyball is that you get a chance to watch student-athletes for 4 years, see them grow and improve, go from raw frosh to senior leaders. Should be an emotional pre-game on Friday. I would certainly be there if I lived in the area.
