In Powell's case, he was more than likely not going to be a starter in 2020, so even if he was accepted to Stanford Business, if he wanted to also be a starting Guard in his final year of eligibility, it likely wasn't happening at Stanford.
The OL will be quite deep in 2020. There might be so much depth that Stanford could conceivably rotate OL to keep them fresh and wear down defenses, or return to some 6 and 7 OL sets.
