Can someone describe the strategy behind the PK "lineup" order? Is it as simple as "best kicker first, etc" -- in order to put early pressure on and reach a clinching point --- or is there more to it? Can you change the lineup in the midst of the shootout? Or is it like baseball where the lineup is set and known before the game to both sides?
