We are also now experiencing the disadvantage of Cal being so weak.  I am sure that the bulk of Oregon State's scouting and practice has been against us this week, even though they are playing Cal tonight.  Oregon and Oregon State benefit enormously in that opposing teams have to prepare for two very tough teams on the road trip.

Too true.   It is normally very helpful to have a very strong travel partner and it is normally detrimental to have a very weak travel partner.

OSU will probably get a few weekend wins over the season they would lose if they didn't have Oregon, and I fear Stanford will lose a few games because they have Cal.
