You could argue that practice in golf is beyond regulation.
A player can practice without a coach, anywhere,
working on something the coach has prescribed.
A player can spend an hour on Skype with a short game coach three time zones away--
and on and on.
And devoted golfers will spend hours a day practicing;
many of us tend to obsession, after all.
Anyway:
