If true, that puts some theories bandied about in these parts into question.
I can see academic reasons as the most plausible explanation, if not that then perhaps a falling out with Tara if she was medically cleared this year and refused to play, and only last would I think it came down (simply) to not enough scholarships.
Let's hope all these reasons are wrong and she decides, after testing the waters, to stay. Slim chance perhaps, but I will still hope. She could have an astounding season with us next year, if fully healthy.
I guess there is a fourth possibility, and it is not one I like to think about. Perhaps Tara thinks that Carrington is now so injury prone that it would not be in her interest to keep playing. Sort of like Jamie Carey only not concussions.
